Eunice Li
FOUNDER & OWNER
Artist Alley Founder and Instructor Eunice Li began her artistic journey at a young age, training in traditional fine arts under renowned Hong Kong artist Wei Qin, a graduate of the prestigious China Academy of Art in Beijing.
Under his mentorship, Eunice mastered a variety of mediums and developed a distinctive style that blends the strengths of both Western and Eastern art education, embracing an innovative and holistic artistic perspective. Her work captures the delicate balance between realism and impressionistic softness, often evoking a sense of nostalgia and a deep connection to nature. Each painting offers a window into Eunice’s unique view of the world—one that celebrates beauty, serenity, and emotion.
For over 12 years, Eunice has been dedicated to serving families in Richmond’s West End, offering art instruction that nurtures both skill and self-expression. Her classes quickly grew in popularity, consistently filling to capacity with waitlists. To meet this growing demand, she founded Artist Alley—a creative hub designed to inspire and support the next generation of young artists.

Reed Trouslot
ART INSTRUCTOR
Hello! My name is Reed, and I’m a 22-year-old fiber and multimedia artist from Virginia. I’ve explored just about every medium under the sun and love sharing my artistic knowledge with others. I earned my degree in Art Education from VCUarts, where I gained experience in a wide range of materials and techniques.
My work is inspired by artists like Kayla Mattes, The Little Friends of Printmaking Studio, and Claude Monet. While I enjoy experimenting with many forms, my favorite mediums are fibers and paint.
Outside of the studio, I spend time with my cat Nokia and my friends and fellow artists.on goes here

Alexis Turner
ART INSTRUCTOR
Alexis Turner moved from Maryland to Richmond, Virginia in 2019 to attend VCUarts in pursuit of a degree in art education. Over the course of this program they worked with students K-12 assisting them in the exploration of various materials and techniques.
Alexis is a multimedia artist with a passion for experimentation. An ongoing theme among their work has been the upcycling of materials, from deconstructing worn fabrics to collaging using old magazines and postcards, they are committed to bringing new life to that which would have otherwise been discarded.
When not making art you can find them either volunteering at local community gardens or snuggled up at home, sipping coffee with their dog Evie curled up at their feet.here
Thank you for choosing Artist Alley!
